Have a chore that requires our Demolition Tool but you'd rather we tackle it for you?
Think of this service as hiring an operator for the Makita 2" Rotary Hammer that we provide for rent. That is the tool that we would bring, along with all bit types and a few other helpful odds and ends. If what you need to demolish requires a different tool than this (like a bobcat or bulldozer, for example), that's not a job for us. We stick to what we know, and that's demolishing things with our Makita 2" Rotary Hammer.
For Full Service bookings, you'll select a specific duration to help us manage our time, but you will only be charged for the actual service time, subject to a $150 minimum. So, if you book a Full Service 8 hour appointment, but it only takes us 3.5 hours to complete the job, you will only be charged for 3.5 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions (if your question is not addressed here, check the bottom of the home page)
- Is a deposit required prior to the start of this service? There are some unfortunate realities to modern society that we need to protect ourselves from, so we do require a pre-authorization on a credit or debit card of your choosing. This is simply a hold on that account for a set amount, but no money is actually withdrawn. Upon completion of service, that hold will be removed and you'll pay using your preferred means (cash, venmo, debit, or credit).
The hold amount equals the total cost of the service. So, for example, if you book a 2-hour appointment, the hold amount would be $150. For appointments where you do not intend to be home during the service, there are instances where we will waive this hold requirement and send a payment request after-the-fact, but you should expect this hold requirement to apply by default.
- Do you dispose of the debris generated? We will dispose of all demolition debris in whatever container you provide. We do not haul the debris away.
