Weed Pulling

No items found.

We don't use weed-killer chemicals of any kind on properties that we service. We prefer going all-natural (pull by hand). If you have weeds that you need removed, and you don't particularly care for chemicals either, put us on the task. We pull everything, including roots, as much as possible so that regrowth is minimal and slower to materialize.

Give yourself a break and let us tackle this chore for you. We service properties throughout Salt Lake County. We leave your yard looking great, with no visible clippings left behind.

Our focus is on being a trusted and reliable go-to partner, on-demand. That means we do not seek out full mowing season contracts with customers. There are plenty of do-it-yourselfers that need a break once in a while, get injured and need a short-term substitute, go on vacation and need a one-time fill-in, or move into a new home and need the prior home maintained until sold. We also help real estate agents maintain homes during that transition period.

Our customers love us not only because we are really good at making lawns look amazing, but because we can be counted on to be there when needed. Allow us to be there for you.

You'll select a specific duration to help us manage our availability, but you will only be charged for the actual service time, subject to a $30 minimum. So, if you book a 2 hour appointment, but it only takes us 68 minutes to complete the job, you will only be charged for 68 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

(if your question is not addressed here, check the bottom of the home page)

  • Is a deposit required prior to the start of this service?  There are some unfortunate realities to modern society that we need to protect ourselves from, so we do require a pre-authorization on a credit or debit card of your choosing.  This is simply a hold on that account, but no money is actually withdrawn. Upon completion of service, that hold will be removed and you'll pay using your preferred means (cash, venmo, debit, or credit).  The hold amount equals the total cost of the service.  So, for example, if you book a 2-hour appointment, the hold amount would be $120.  For appointments where you do not intend to be home during the service, there are instances where we will waive this hold requirement and send a payment request after-the-fact, but you should expect this hold requirement to apply by default.
  • How long will my job take?  Our average job is pulling weeds from mulched strips along homes and fence lines, which is scattered weeds here and there. And our average pace on these types of jobs is 6 square feet per minute. Your job could certainly take less or more time than this pace would suggest, but this could get you a ballpark estimate. The photo at the top of this page? That's a property that won't have sod installed for a while, so in the meantime the dirt/rock "yard" sprouts some wild vegetation that needs to be cleared periodically to avoid HOA nastygrams. That's a 4,930 square foot yard (pictured is just one side) that took 255 minutes to clear, which is a 19.3 square foot per minute pace. Our back and hamstrings were sore for a few days, but hey....that's not a bad weed pulling pace (especially on what was a 94 degree day).
