If you have a chore that you need a ladder for, we'll tackle it for you. Just tell us what that is in the "Special Instructions" section of the booking process. We go as high as what can be reached with a 23' extension ladder or a 17' a-frame ladder. If what you need done is beyond that or out of our realm of expertise we'll follow up with you to let you know that. Or you can send us a quick message before booking asking if we can tackle it. More than likely though, we'll be able to handle it.
For Full Service bookings, you'll select a specific duration to help us manage our time, but you will only be charged for the actual service time, subject to a $75 minimum. So, if you book a Full Service 2 hour appointment, but it only takes us 30 minutes to complete the job, you will only be charged our minimum rate.

- Is a deposit required prior to the start of this service? There are some unfortunate realities to modern society that we need to protect ourselves from, so we do require a pre-authorization on a credit or debit card of your choosing. This is simply a hold on that account for a set amount, but no money is actually withdrawn. Upon completion of service, that hold will be removed and you'll pay using your preferred means (cash, venmo, debit, or credit).
The hold amount equals the total cost of the service. So, for example, if you book a 2-hour appointment, the hold amount would be $150. For appointments where you do not intend to be home during the service, there are instances where we will waive this hold requirement and send a payment request after-the-fact, but you should expect this hold requirement to apply by default.
