Whether it's fixing a very specific, known issue, or troubleshooting a mysterious issue that you need help solving, we'd love to be your chore hero!

We offer two options within this service category, depending on how thorough you want us to be.

  • Sprinkler Repair: for known issues that you want us to focus our attention on.
  • Sprinkler System Inspection: for mysterious issues, or to gain a much better understanding of how your sprinkler system operates and is laid out. We do a thorough inspection of every single component of the system. We document and overlay onto satellite imagery where everything is: the stop and waste valve, backflow preventer, irrigation control valves, sprinkler zones, sprinkler heads, sprinkler spray patterns, and electronic control panels. We review the control panel's programming. We run every zone and observe the operating condition of every single sprinkler head. And we provide you with that final report.

Give yourself a break and let us tackle this chore for you. We service properties throughout Salt Lake County. We leave your yard looking great, with no visible clippings left behind.

Our focus is on being a trusted and reliable go-to partner, on-demand. That means we do not seek out full mowing season contracts with customers. There are plenty of do-it-yourselfers that need a break once in a while, get injured and need a short-term substitute, go on vacation and need a one-time fill-in, or move into a new home and need the prior home maintained until sold. We also help real estate agents maintain homes during that transition period.

Our customers love us not only because we are really good at making lawns look amazing, but because we can be counted on to be there when needed. Allow us to be there for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

(if your question is not addressed here, check the bottom of the home page)

  • How long should it take?  For repairs, the time required can vary quite widely depending what needs to be repaired. A single sprinkler head can take an average of about 10 minutes. A zone valve replacement can take as little as 30 minutes or upwards of 3 hours depending on how your system has been designed. And we have no way of knowing what we'll encounter below ground level, so it's rather difficult to estimate repair work. The Sprinkler System Inspection service takes an average of about 2 hours on-site plus an additional 2 hours producing the report.
  • What does the Sprinkler System Inspection service NOT entail? Repairs without your authorization. We'll document our findings during inspection and provide you with that feedback. You can pursue those repairs on your own, or we'll be prepared to make those repairs for you at an additional cost of $1.25 per minute plus the cost of materials.
